Antarrashtriy yoga Divas har sal 21 June ko manaya jata hai. Aur 21 June ka din sal ka sabse bada din hota Hai aur yog bhi manushya ko dirghayu (Chiranjeevi) pradan karta hai.
Isliye is din yoga Divas manaya jata hai. Pehla yoga Divas 21 June 2015 mein manaya gaya tha.Jiski shuruaat Bharat ke Pradhanmantri Narendra Modi ne 27 September 2014 ko sanyukt mahasabha main Apne bhashan se ki thi. Iske bad 11 December 2014 sanyukt rashtra ke 177 sadasyon dwara 21 June ko, yoga Divas ke roop mein manane ke prastav ko manjuri Di. Bharat ke pm ke yog Divas ke prastav ko 90 Dinon mein hi purn bahumat se parit kar diya tha, Jo sanyukt rashtra Sangh mein kisi bhi parastav ke liye sabse kam samay hai.

Yoga ke niyam se samajhne se pahle yah samajhna mahatvpurn Hai ki vah 8 ang yog ke dusre Ang hai. Patanjali yog sutron me varnit way 8 yog, aatmgyan aur moksh ki prapti ke liye ek margdarshak Hai .
Yaha yog ke 5 niyam hai
1.sauch
Sharirik aur mansik shuddhta.
Sharir ko saaf rakhne ke साथ-साथ vicharon ko bhi shuddh rakhna.
Niyamit snan,Saaf kapde pahnana aur apne aaspcaas ki Safai ka Dhyan rakhna.
Man ko nakaratmak vicharon Se dur rakhna.
2.santosh
Santoshti aur kartyagya
Apne aas pass maujud chijon mein santusht rahana.
Lalach aur irshya Se dur rahana.
Jivan mein aane wale chunautiyon ko swikar karna.
3.tapas
Aatm anushasan aur kathorta.
Apne Man aur sharir ko niyantran karne ke liye prayas karna.
Niyamit yog abhyas, Dhyan aur pranamyam karna.
Aalsi aur sukhwad Se dur Hai kiska.
4. Svadhyaya
Aatm adhyayan.
Apne bhitar ki awaaz Ko Sunna.
Guru ke margdarshan mein rahana.
Shastron ka adhyayan karna aur aatmgyan prapt karna.
5.isvar pranidhana
Ishwar mein samarpan .
Apne karmon ko Ishwar ko samarpit karna.
Ishwar mein Vishwas rakhna aur unke margdarshan ka palan karna.
Yog ke niyam ka palan karne se vyakti ka sharirik mansik aur adhyatmik swasthya sudharta hai.Yah yah niyam hamen Apne bhitar Shanti aur santulan ko khojne mein madad karte Hain.

Yog aadhyatmik sharirik aur mansik prathaon ka ek samuh Hai jiski utpati prachin Bharat mein hui thi .yog ka shabdik Arth Hai jodna. yog sharirik vyavam sharirik mudra aasan Dhyan sans Lene ki taknikon vyavam Ko jodta Hai is Shabd ka Arth Hi yogyata bhautik ka swayam ke bhitar aadhyatmik ke sath Milan hai . Yugman aur sharir Manav aur prakriti ke bich ek purn jutane ka sanket deta hai. Yog ke abhyas ka ullekh rigved aur upnishdon mein bhi milta Hai. Yog Hindu Darshan 6 Darshan mein se ek hai. Yog se aath niyaman aur uchit Chetna viksit hoti hai.Yog ka abhiyan swasthya aur vishram ke liye Kiya jata hai. Yoga hamare sharir ke liye bahut jaruri hai. yah hamare Man Ko shant karta hai. Hamen rojana yoga karna chahie.
