Meditation [ dhiyan ] ka niyam 

Meditation ya dhiyan karna ka kuch mahatvpurn tarika ya liyam kuch is parkar hai.

1. Dhiyan karna ka liya sahi samay chuna . Subha 4 beja sa saam 4 beja tak ka samay sabsa Acha samay hai . Aasa mana jata hai ki is samay Surya or prithvi ka bich ka Korn 60 degree par hota ha , or is samay bath Kar dhiyan karna sa Piyush garanthi or sirsgarthi par Acha parbhav padta ha .

2. Shant jagah par abhyas kara Jha Jha apko dhiyan sa bhatkana wala koi na ho. Aaramdayak aavastha ma batha . Apki bathna ki aavastha sa bhi farak padhta hai . Khud shant aaram or sthir hona ka aanubhav kara 

3. Dhiyan karta samay apna face par halki si smile rakha . Isa apko aaram , Santi or dhiyan ma maan lgana ma madat milti hai .

4. Dhila Dhala or aaramdayak kapda pahana . Jisma apko Acha mahsus ho.

5. Bath Kar dhiyan karta samay apni aakh band rakha . Isa dhiyan karta samay maan nahi bhatakta . 

6. Apni rid ki hadi Sidhi rakha or bilkul sidha batha . Apna kandho or gardan ko adhik tan kar ya adhik dhila na rakha samanya isthiti ma rakha . 

7. Kosis kara ki abhyas karta samay apka pat Khali ho, Ghar ya office ma meditation karna ka sabsa Acha samay bhojan karna ma phla ka hota ha . Bhoja karna ka baad meditation karna ma aalas aata ha . Or tab apko bhuk laga to yah jruri nahi ki aap apna dhiyan hi kara pahla aap bhoja kar la varna apko dhiyan bhojan ki or hi rahaga . 

8. Abhyas khatm hona ka baad dhira dhira apni aakh khola . Aab apna Ander aaya esfuti ko mahsus karna ki kosis kara . Apko tajgi ka aahsas hoga

2. Apni Aankhen band Karen agar chahe to apni aankhon ko shitalla pradan karane ke liye maaf ka bhi upyog kar sakte hain. 

3. SAS ko niyantrit karne ki koshish Na Karen swabhavik tarika sa SAS la. 

4. SAS par apna dhiyan kandrit kra or Ander lana or Bahar nikalna par sarir ki gatividhiyo par gar karna ka sath apni SAS par apna dhiyan kasdrit kara bina uski gati ya tivrta ko niyamit kra bina uski gati ya tivrta ko niyamit kra yadi apka maan bhatakta ha to dobara dhiyan kandrit karna ki kosis jrur kara. 

5. Is parkirya ko suru karna ka liya 2 sa 3 minutes lganga or fir isa lamba samay ka liya banana rakhna ka paryas kara.

14. Nind mein sudhar karta hai .

15. Dhyan aapko dayalu banata hai.

16. Baat baat par chinta karna kaam ho jata hai.

17. Akageta badhata hai.

18. Bhavnatmak svastya ko badhata hai .
