 The girl was given the name Santosh which means contentment. But Santosh was not always content with her place in a traditional way of live C begin living life on her own terms from the start where other girls wore traditional Indian dresses Santosh Preferred shorts looking back from the very beginning I was quite determined that if I chose Ek correct and a rational path the others around me had to change not me. "

 Santosh parents were Affuent landowners who could afford to send their children to the best school even to the countries capital New Delhi which was quit close by but in line with the prevailing custom in the family Santosh had to make do with the local village school so she designing to fight the system in her own wait wave and the right moment arrived. And the right moment came when she turns 16 at 16 most of the girl in her village use to get married Santosh who's also under Pressure parents to do the same

 विलियम वर्ड्स वर्थ लकी नाम की एक छोटी काल्पनिक बच्ची से बहुत प्यार करता था उसकी मौत ने उसे पर गहरा प्रभाव डाला कवि कहता है कि उसकी मृत्यु रूपी गहरी नींद​​​​​​ ने उसकी आत्मा को जड़ बना दिया है उसकी मृत्यु ने उसको इतना मिस्टर बना दिया है कि उसे किसी भी प्रकार के मानवीय भाइयों का एहसास नहीं हो रहा है वह कहता है की बच्ची के ऊपर इस पृथ्वी पर बिताए गए समय का कोई प्रभाव नहीं पड़ रहा है क्योंकि वह मर चुकी है अब उसे ना तो कोई सुनाई दे सकता है और ना ही दिखाई लेकिन कभी स्वयं को इस बात से सांत्वना देता है कि अब वह प्रकृति का एक अभिन्न अंग बन गया है जैसे पृथ्वी अपनी धुरी पर घूमती है उसी प्रकार से वह भी इस ब्राह्मण में विचरण करती है वह चट्टानों पत्थरों और वृक्षों के साथ हर स्वयं विचरण कर रही है

 At the budhnath stupa the Buddhist shrine of Kathmandu there is in contrast, a sense of stillness, its immense white dome is ringed buy a road small shops, stand on its outer edge many of these are owned by tibetan immigrants, felt bags Tibetan Prince and silver jewellery can bought here. There are no crowds this is a heaven of quietness in the busy streets around.

 वह भरोसे भाग्य के दुख भोग पछताते नहीं

 काम कितना ही कठिन हो किंतु उकता ते नहीं

 भीड़ में चंचल बने जो वीर दिखलाते नहीं

 हो गए एक आज में उनके बुरे दिन भी भले 

 सब जगह सब कल में वही मिले फूले फूले 

 आज करना है जिसे करते उसे है आज ही

 सोचते रहते हैं जो कुछ,कर दिखाते हैं वही 

 मानते जो भी है 'सुनते हैं' सदा सब की कही 

 जो मदद करते हैं अपनी इस जगत में आप ही

 भूल कर वे दूसरों का मुंह कभी ताकते नहीं 

 कौन ऐसा काम है वे कर जिसे सकते नहीं

 जो कभी अपने समय को तो बिताते हैं नहीं 

 काम करने की जगह बातें बनाते हैं नहीं

 हां आजकल करते हुए जो दिन गवाते हैं नहीं

विद्वानों का यह कथन बहुत ठीक है कि नर्मदा की स्वतंत्रता की थोड़ी बहुत मानसिक स्वतंत्रता परम आवश्यक है उसे स्वतंत्रता में अभिमान हो नर्मदा दोनों का मेल हो चाहे वह नर्मदा ही से उत्पन्न हो यह बात तो निश्चित है कि जो मनुष्य मर्यादा पूर्वक जीवन व्यतीत करना चाहता है उसके लिए वह अच्छा अनिवार्य है जिससे आत्मनिर्भरता आती है और जिस अपने पैरों के बल खड़ा होना आता है युवा कोई है सदा इस मां रखना चाहिए कि उसकी आकांक्षाएं उसकी योग्यता से कई बड़ी हुई है उसे इस बात का ध्यान रखना चाहिए कि वह अपने बड़ों का सम्मान करें छोटू और बराबर वालों से कोमलता का व्यवहार करें यह बातें आत्मा मर्यादा के लिए आवश्यक है यह सारा संसार हमारे घर की ओर बाहर की दशा हमारे बहुत से अवगुण और थोड़े गुण इसी बात की आवश्यकता प्रकट करते हैं कि हमें अपनी आत्मा को नर्म रखना चाहिए नर्मदा से मेरा अभिप्राय है दुकान से नहीं है जिसके कारण मनुष्य दूसरों का मुंह ताकता है जिससे उसका संकल्प चीन हा और उसकी प्रज्ञा मंद हो जाती है जिसके कारण आगे बढ़ाने के समय भी वह पीछे रहता है और अवसर पढ़ने पर चटपट किसी बात करने में नहीं कर सकता मनुष्य का बेड़ा अपने ही हाथ में है उसे वह चाहे जिधर लगे सच्ची आत्मा वही है जो प्रत्येक दशा में प्रत्येक स्थिति के बीच अपनी रहा आप निकलती है

 अब तुम्हें क्या करना चाहिए इसका ठीक-ठाक उत्तर तुम ही को देना होगा दूसरा कोई नहीं दे सकता कैसे भी विश्वास पात्र मित्र हो तुम्हारे इस काम को वह अपने ऊपर नहीं ले सकता हम अनुभवी लोगों की बातों को आधार के साथ सुन बुद्धिमानों की सलाह को व्रत कथा पूर्वक मन पर इस बात को निश्चित समझकर कि हमारे कामों से ही हमारी रक्षा वह हमारा पतन होगा हमें अपने विचार और निर्णय की स्वतंत्रता को दंडीठ पूर्वक बनाए रखना चाहिए जिस पुरुष की दृष्टि सदा नीति रहती है उसका सर कभी ऊपर नहीं होगा नीचे दृष्टि रहने से यद्यपि रास्ते पर रहेंगे पर इस बात को न देखेंगे कि यह रास्ता कहां ले जाता है चिंता की स्वतंत्रता ता का मतलब चेष्टा की कठोरता या प्रकृति की उग्रता नहीं है अपने व्यवहार में कोमल रहो और अपने देश को इस प्रकार नम और ऊंचा से दोनों बानो अपने मन को कभी मरा हुआ ना रखो जितना ही हो जो मनुष्य अपना लक्ष्य ऊपर रखता है उतना ही उसका तीर ऊपर जाता है

 संसार मैं ऐसे ऐसे डैंडचित मनुष्य हो गए हैं जिन्होंने मरते दम तक सत्य की टेक नहीं छोड़ी अपनी आत्मा के विरुद्ध कोई काम नहीं किया राजा हरिश्चंद्र के ऊपर इतनी इतनी विपत्तियां आई पर उन्होंने अपना सत्य नहीं छोड़ा उसकी प्रतिज्ञा यही यही रही

 महाराणा प्रताप जंगल जंगल मारे मारे फिरते थे अपनी स्त्री और बच्चों को भूख से तड़पते देखते थे परंतु उन्होंने उन लोगों की बात ना माने जिन्होंने उन्हें अधीन पूर्वक जीते रहने की संपत्ति दी क्योंकि वह जानते थे कि जानते थे कि अपनी मर्यादा की चिंता जितनी अपने को हो सकती है उतनी दूसरे को नहीं एक बार एक रोमन राजनीतिक के साथ में पड़ गया बाल भाइयों ने उसे व्यय पूर्वक पूछा अब तेरा किला कहां है उसने हृदय पर हाथ रखकर उत्तर दिया यह ज्ञान के जिज्ञासुओं के लिए यही बड़ा भारी गढ़ है मैं निश्चय पूर्वक कहता हूं कि जो युवा पुरुष सब बातों में दूसरों का सहारा चाहते हैं जो सदा एक न एक नया आगा ढूंढा करते हैं और उनके अनुयाई बन करते हैं वह आत्म संस्कार के कार्य में उन्नति नहीं कर सकते उन्हें स्वयं विचार करना अपनी समिति आप स्टार करना दूसरों की उचित बातों का मूल्य समझते हुए भी उनके अंधभक्त ना होना सीखना चाहिए एक इतिहासकार कहता है प्रत्येक मनुष्य का भाग्य उसके हाथ में है प्रत्येक मनुष्य अपना जीवन निर्वाह श्रेष्ठ रीति से कर सकता है यही मैंने किया है और यदि अवसर मिले तो यही करो इसे चाहे स्वतंत्रता कहो चाहे आत्मनिर्भरता कहो चाहे स्वाबल्लंबन कहो जो कुछ कहे यह है वही भाव है जिससे मनुष्य और दास में भेद जाना पड़ता है यही वही भाव है जिसकी प्रेरणा से राम लक्ष्मण ने घर से निकाल बड़े-बड़े पराक्रमी वीरों पर विजय प्राप्त की यह वही भाव है जिसकी प्रेरणा से हनुमान ने अकेले सीता की खोज की यह वही भाव है जिसकी प्रेरणा से कोलंबस ने अमेरिका सामान बड़ा महाद्वीप ढूंढ निकाला

 किसी चित्र वृत्ति की दानदाता के सहारे नरेंद्र लोग दरिद्रता और अनपढ़ लोग अज्ञात से निकलकर उन्नत हुए हैं तथा उद्योगी और अंधविश्वासी लोगों ने अपनी समृद्धि का मार्ग निकला है इसी चिंतित वृत्ति से आलंबन से पुरुष सिंह को यह कहने की क्षमता हुई है मैं रहा ढूंढ लूंगा या रहा निकलेगा यही चिन्ह वृत्ति थी जिसकी उत्तेजना से शिवाजी ने थोड़े वीर मराठी सिपाहियों को लेकर औरंगजेब की बड़ी भारी सी पर छाप मारा और उसे तीतर भीतर कर दिया यही चित्र वृत्ति थी जिसके सहारे एकलव्य बिना किसी गुरु या संगीत साथी के जंगल के बीच निशाने पर तीर पर तीर चलता रहा और अंत में एक बड़ा ढूंढ धार हुआ यही चित्र वृति है जो मनुष्य को सामान्य जनों से उच्च बनती है जिसके जीवन को सार्थक और उद्देश्य पूर्ण करती है तथा उसे उत्तम संस्कारों को ग्रहण करने योग्य बनाती है जिस मनुष्य की बुद्धि और चतुराई उसके हृदय के आश्रम पर स्थित रहती है वह जीवन और कर्म क्षेत्र में स्वयं भी श्रेष्ठ और उत्तम रहता है और दूसरों को भी श्रेष्ठ और उत्तम बनता है प्रसिद्ध उपन्यासकार स्टॉक एक भाषण के बोझ से बिल्कुल दब गए मित्रों ने उनकी सहायता करनी चाहिए पर उन्होंने यह बात स्वीकार नहीं की और स्वयं अपनी प्रतिभा का सहारा लेकर अनेक उपन्यास थोड़े समय के बीच लिखकर लाखों रुपए का कर अपने सिर पर से उतार दिया

बहुत दिनों से सोच रहा था,थोड़ी सी धरती पाव 

 उसे धरती में बाग बगीचा,जो हो सके लगाओ

 खिले फूल फल,चिड़िया बोले प्यारी खुशबू डॉल 

 ताजी हवा जलाशय में अपना हर अंग भिगोले 

 हो सकता है पास तुम्हारे, अपने कुछ धरती हो

 फूल फल लगे अपने अपवाहन हो, अपनी पारती हो

 हो सकता है छोटी सी प्यारी हो,महक रही हो

 छोटी सी खेती हो,जो फसलों से दहक रही हो 

 हो सकता है कई शांत जो पे घूम रहे हो 

 हो सकता है कहीं शहर में पक्षी झूम रहे हो 

 तो विनती है यही,कभी मत उसे दुनिया को खोना

 पेड़ों को मत कटने देना मत चिड़ियों को रोने देना

  एक एक पत ती पर हम हम सब के सपने सोते हैं

 सके काटने पर वह भोले शिशु सर होते हैं

पेड़ों के संग बढ़ना सीखो,पेड़ों के संग हिलाना 

 पेड़ों के संग संग इतराना, पेड़ों के संग हिला ना 

 बच्चे और पेड़ दुनिया को हरा भरा रखते हैं

नहीं समझते जो,मैं दुष्कर्मों का फल चक दे है 

 आज सभ्यता वैसीबन,पेड़ों को काट रही है

 जहर फेफड़ों में भर, जहर फेफड़ों में भर इंसानों को बांट रही है  

( इस कविता से हमें ऐसी मिलती है कि हमें पेड़ को नहीं काटना चाहिए और ज्यादा से ज्यादा पेड़ लगाना चाहिए पेड़ों से ही हमें फल फूल सब्जियां और सांस लेने में सहायता मिलते हैं )

Reproduction is an important character of organisms it is a natural process each organisms products young ones to maintain its Axis tance this process is called  reproduction

 There are two methods of reproduction in animals

1. Asexual reproduction-

2. Sexual reproduction

1.Asexual reproduction :-

In previous class you have studied about asexual reproduction in plant now we will study asexual reproduction in animals in animals reproduction without reproductive organs is called Asexual reproduction

2.Sexual reproduction

 male and female reproductive organs are necessary of sexual reproduction mail and female reproative organs and found separately in most of the animals like fish roka goat womens etc this animal are know as unisexual orrganisms.

 On the other hand the organisms in which both the male and female reproduction organs are present in the same in individual are called

bisexual orrganisms

 The male reproductive organ products male games and female reproative organ products fail gametes fertilization is a process by which male and female gametes are first together to from zagote which develops into a new individual by growth and development 

OmoYou might have ever seen how house are made it is built up of bricks the wall is built by adding a lot of bricks and rooms is made of walk and house is made up of rooms just like that are body is made

Iffect the body is composed of various organ system such as the district system respiratory system skeleton system etc these organ system consist of organs like stomach small intestine lungs heart etc organs again consist of small structures   which are called  tissues tissues are made up of the smallest structures cells 

 There are different types of organisms in the world which appear different from each other but one thing is common in all organisms that the body is made up of many Microsopic unit which are called cell we can better understand by comparing the bricks with cell group of bricks with tissues wall with organs rooms with organ system and house is compared with wool body

Cell:-

 Cell is the structural and functional unitof the body dear number difference in organisms such as amoeba Paramecium euglena etc are made up of only one cell they are called unicellular organisms.

Earthworm, elephant human monkey banyan etc consist Maine Sel called multicellular organisms whatever the number of cell activities like nutrition excretion growth respiration and reproduction occursin all organisms.

 cell is the fundamental structural and functional unit of living organisms.

 structure of cell :-

 Tissues 

 you know that all plants and animals are made up of cell unicellular organisms example Amoeba paramesium all biological function respiration decision expression etc occur in the single cell Multicellar organisms have in numberable cell in these organs special function is per formed by a group of cell for example in a group of muscular cell constant and expand never cell  convey the message and conduction of water takes place in plant thought xylem what will you call such group of cell cell which are able to perform same function within the body are in a group A group of cells which are of similar organ and structure which perform a space fick function called  tissues 

 plant tissues 

 you know that increase in height of animal is up to a curtain age but in plant growth is life long and new benches aregrowth is life long and new benches are are formed thus it is clear that some plant tissues divided lifelong these tissues are limited to some part of plants on the basis of division compart City plant tissues and divided into  meristematic tissue and permanent tissue.

 दादी मां के नुस्खे

1.लहसुन का रस और नमक पानी में डालकर पेट का दर्द ठीक हो जाता है

2. बदन की सस्ती और थकावट दूर करने के लिए रोजाना तीन खजूर खाएं 

3. दुश्मनो और जलन रखने वालों से बचने का यह यही तरीका है कि अपने दुख में तकलीफों को पर्दे में रखें 

4. याद रख ले इंसान कितना भी दूर भाग ले लेकिन दो चीज उसका उसका पीछा आवश्यक करती है पहले उसका रिस्क दूसरी उसकी मौत

5. बकरी के दूध के अंदर सरसों का तेल मिलाकर बालों में लगाओ बाल अधिक लंबे होंगे 

6. बर्तन धोते समय नमक का इस्तेमाल करना चाहिए बर्तन जल्दी साफ हो जाते हैं और उनमें चमक आ जाती है 

7. अगर रोटी खाते समय मुंह में कड़वापन महसूस हो तो समझ लेना कि तुम बुखार का हमला बनने जा रहे हो

8. सुबह अगर काला जीरा खाने से वजन में कम हो जाती है

9. जो इंसान रोजाना दही का प्रयोग करता है उसे कभी पेशाब का इंफेक्शन नहीं होगा

10. नीम का गर्म पानी पीने से दांत मजबूत हो जाते हैं

11. चीनी वाली चाय कम पीनी चाहिए इससे मोटापा जल्दी आता है 

12. खाना खाने के बाद तुरंत पानी पीना वजन को ज्यादा कर देता है और हाजमा नहीं करता

13. सर पर रोजाना खाली सरसों की तेल की मालिश कर लिया करो दिमाग को ताकत मिलती है

14. खाना बनाते समय अगर की याद तेल की जगह सरसों का तेल प्रयोग किया जाए तो शुगर कंट्रोल रहती है

15. रोजाना एक सेब खाने से खून हरकत में आ जाता है
