How to change your password

Change your password any time you think someone else may know it.

Steps

1. Sign in and open Profile > Change Password.
2. Enter your old password.
3. Enter the new password twice. Use at least 5 characters with a letter or symbol.
4. Save. You will see "Password update successfully!"

Common mistakes

• Typing the old password wrong. You will see "Old password doesn't match".
• Using the same password as your email.
