Wefru is an online platform where businesses and individuals publish their own information. Listings, products, prices, offers, blogs, answers, job posts, rental posts and doctor profiles are provided by users. Wefru does not check every piece of information and does not guarantee that it is accurate, complete, current or legal. Please verify details yourself before you pay, sign, travel or share personal information.

Any deal, purchase, booking, job or rental is directly between the users involved. Wefru is not a party to it and is not responsible for its quality, safety, delivery, payment or outcome. A verification badge or trust indicator only shows that certain checks were completed; it is not an endorsement or guarantee.

Information in blogs, Q&A, articles and tools is for general information only and is not professional legal, tax, financial or medical advice. The Billing tool is a record-keeping aid, not tax advice.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. Wefru does not control or endorse them.

2. Medical disclaimer (Wefru Vaidya)

  • Not for emergencies. If you or someone near you has a medical emergency, call 112 (national emergency number) or 108 (ambulance) immediately, or go to the nearest hospital. Do not wait for an online appointment.
  • Wefru Vaidya is a tool to find doctors and book appointments. Wefru does not diagnose, treat, prescribe or give medical advice.
  • Health-related content on the Platform is for general awareness only and must not replace a consultation with a qualified doctor.
  • Doctors and clinics are responsible for their qualifications, registration, advice, treatment and fees. Please confirm a doctor's details before your visit.

3. Jobs disclaimer (Rojgar Station)

  • Job posts are published by employers and are not verified jobs offered by Wefru.
  • Never pay any money to get a job. Genuine employers do not ask for registration fees, security deposits, training fees or charges for interview or offer letters.
  • Be careful of offers that promise very high pay for little work, ask for your bank details, OTP or documents before an interview, or pressure you to decide quickly.
  • Meet employers at an official office or public place and tell a family member where you are going.
  • Report a suspicious job post through a support ticket or email [email protected].

4. Rental and classified disclaimer (Wefru Rental)

  • Wefru is only an intermediary that lets people post items and property to sell, rent or donate, and lets others contact them.
  • Wefru does not own, inspect, value or hold any item or property, and does not handle payment or delivery.
  • Check the item or property and the ownership documents in person before paying. Do not pay advance amounts to people you have not met or cannot verify.
  • Rental agreements, deposits, possession and handover are between the owner and the other party, who must follow applicable laws.

5. Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Wefru is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information on the Platform or from dealings with other users. See our Terms and Conditions for details.

6. Report a problem

If you find wrong, fake or harmful information, please report it through our Grievance Redressal process.
