How to change your email or mobile number

You can change your email yourself. Changing the mobile number online is not available yet.

Steps

1. Open Profile > Profile Information.
2. To change email, type the new email and click Send OTP next to it.
3. Enter the code from your new email in the Verification box and click Submit OTP.
4. To change your mobile number, raise a ticket in the Account category with the old and new numbers.

Common mistakes

• Using an email that already has a Wefru account. You will see it is already used.
• Expecting the mobile number to change from the form.
