My account is suspended or blocked

Accounts can be limited after spam reports or repeated rule breaks. A suspended account cannot post. A blocked account is closed by the administrator.
Steps
- Read the message you see.
- "Your account is suspended, so you cannot post right now" means posting is paused.
- "Your account has been blocked by the administrator" means the account is closed.
- Raise a ticket in the Account category and explain your side.
- If you cannot sign in at all, use the Contact Support form. You do not need an account for it.
Common mistakes
- Opening a new account to get around a block.
- Posting the same content again after a warning.
