The time I chose is already reserved

Two patients cannot book the same doctor at the same time. If someone booked first, you will see a message that the time is already reserved.
Steps
- Read the message. It lists the times that are already taken.
- Go back to the form.
- Choose a different Morning Shift or Evening Shift time, or another date.
- Click Book Appointment again.
Common mistakes
- Trying the same time again and again.
- Booking two slots to be safe. It blocks time for other patients.
