I did not get an SMS for my booking

Wefru does not have a reliable SMS service yet, so the confirmation SMS may not arrive. Your booking is still saved if you saw the Thank You page.
Steps
- Check that you reached the Thank You page after booking.
- Note or screenshot the date, time and MR-Number from that page.
- If you are not sure the booking went through, call the clinic to confirm.
- Do not book again only because no SMS came.
Common mistakes
- Booking the same slot again because the SMS did not arrive.
- Entering a wrong phone number on the form.
