How to cancel or change my appointment

Patients cannot cancel or move a booking online yet. The clinic can do it for you.

Steps

1. Find the clinic's phone number on the doctor's page or the Thank You page.
2. Call the clinic and give your name, MR-Number and booking date.
3. Ask them to cancel it or move it to a new date and time.
4. If you cannot reach the clinic, sign in and raise a ticket with the same details.

Common mistakes

• Simply not going. Others could have used that slot.
• Making a new booking without cancelling the old one.
