My Genie is the Wefru service section at /service. You can search for a service and send a request. Our team uses your request to connect you with providers.
Steps
- Open My Genie at /service.
- Type the service you need in "find your service here", or browse the list.
- Click GET QUOTES on the service you want.
- Fill the short form and submit it.
Common mistakes
- Expecting instant booking. My Genie collects your request first; a confirmed booking comes after someone contacts you.
- Giving a wrong mobile number. Nobody can reach you.
