How to change or cancel a My Genie request

You cannot edit or cancel a My Genie request online yet. Tell our team and they will update it.

Steps

1. Sign in and open /support/new.
2. Choose the Other category.
3. In Subject, write "Cancel My Genie request" or "Change My Genie request".
4. Add the service name, the date you submitted and what you want changed.
5. Click Open ticket and watch for our reply.

Common mistakes

• Sending a new request instead of cancelling the old one.
• Not including the date and service, which makes it hard to find.
