Why old messages appeared in my leads

When you open Leads, earlier messages from your contact form are moved in, a batch at a time. Older rental enquiries are added too.

Steps

1. Open /leads.
2. If you see "Added ... earlier messages from your contact form", those are old enquiries.
3. If it says more will be added, open the page again later.
4. Mark old leads Won or Lost to clean your list.

Common mistakes

• Thinking these are new buyers. Check the date first.
• Calling very old leads without saying when they wrote.
