I am not receiving any leads

Leads depend on buyers finding your page. A page that is not active, or has no products, gets few enquiries.

Steps

1. Check that your business page is active using Website Tools > Website Preview.
2. Make sure your category and city are set in Profile Information.
3. Add products with clear names, photos and prices.
4. Raise your Trust Meter level from Verification & Documents.
5. Check your email spam folder for "New lead on wefru" alerts.

Common mistakes

• Using a general category, so you do not show for the right searches.
• Leaving the account email out of date, so alerts go nowhere.
