How to download your leads (CSV)

You can download every lead you have received as one CSV file. It opens in Excel or Google Sheets.

Steps

1. Sign in and open /leads.
2. Click Download all leads (CSV) at the top of the page.
3. Save the file and open it in Excel or Google Sheets.
4. The file has the date, name, mobile, email, message, source, stage, status and follow-up date of each lead.

Common mistakes

• Sending buyer details to third parties. Use them only to answer the buyer.
• Sharing the downloaded file on a shared computer and forgetting to delete it.
