How to send an invoice to a buyer

The Share on WhatsApp button opens a chat with the invoice number, amount and link. The invoice link opens only for you, so send the PDF to your buyer.

Steps

1. Open the invoice and click Print / Save as PDF. Save the file.
2. Click Share on WhatsApp if you want to send a short note. It opens WhatsApp with the buyer's number if one was saved.
3. Attach the PDF in the chat and send it.
4. You can also attach the PDF to an email.

Common mistakes

• Sending only the link. Your buyer cannot open it without your login.
• Saving the buyer's phone with a wrong number of digits.
