Some very important points..

1. / Postpone travel abroad for 2 years..
2. / Do not eat outside food for 1 year..
3. / Do not go to unnecessary marriage or other similar ceremony..
4. /Do not take unnecessary travel trips..
 5. /  Do not go to a crowded place for at least 1 year..
6. / Completely follow social distancing norms..
7. / Stay away from a person who has  cough..
8. / Keep the face mask on..
9. / Be very careful in the current one week..
10. / Do not let the any mess  around you..
11. /Prefer vegetarian food..
12. / Do not go to the Cinema, Mall, Crowded Market for 6 Months now.  If possible, Park, Party, etc. should also be avoided..
13. / Increase immunity..
14./  be very carefull while at Barber shop or at beauty Salon parlour..
15. / Avoid Unnecessary Meetings, Always keep in mind Social Distancing..
_16./  The threat of CORONA is not going to end soon.

17/. Dont wear belt, rings, wrist watch, when you go out. Watch is not required. Your mobile has got time.
18./ No hand kerchief. Take sanitiser & tissue if required.
19./ Don't bring the shoes into your house. Leave them outside.
20/. Clean your hands & legs when you come home from outside.
21/.when you feel you have come nearer to a suspected patient take a thorough bath.

Lockdown or no lockdown next 6 months to 12 months follow these precautions.

अगर कोई भी अकेला हों और अचानक सिने में दर्द (chest pain) हों जाए, और दर्द बाये हाथ से शुरू होकर दांतों के जबड़ो तक महसुस हों तो ये हार्ट अटैक (heart attack )हों सकता हैं ;

रूट कैनाल

-हमारे दांतों में तीन परतें होती हैं। बाहरी दो परतें ठोस होती हैं और चबाने में मदद करती हैं, जबकि सबसे निचली परत नरम होती है। दाँत का सबसे अंदरूनी नरम हिस्सा दांत का पल्प होता है।पल्प मे नस होता है।संक्रमित दांतों की मरम्मत और उन्हें अधिक खराब होने से बचाने के लिए किया जाता है। रूट कैनाल ट्रीटमेंट की प्रक्रिया के दौरान, दांतों की जड़ से नर्व और संक्रमित पल्प को हटा दिया जाता है। इसके बाद दाँत की जड़ की सफाई करके उसे सील कर दिया जाता है।

कैविटी क्या है?

दातों की कैविटी का मतलब दातों मे छेद होना।

कैविटी कैसे होता?

दातों के सबसे ऊपरी परत को एनामेल कहते हैं ,मुँह मे मैजुद अम्ल के कारण एनामेल खोखली होने लगती है और इसी कारण से दांतों में कैविटी होती है।

हमारे मुँह मे पाये जाने वाले वैक्टीरिया, लार और खाये गये पदार्थों के साथ मिलकर दातों की सतह पर जमा हो जाता हैं उसे प्लाक कहते हैं।प्लाक मे मौजूद वैक्टीरिया हमारे खाने मे मौजूद शुगर और काबोर्हाइड्रेट्स को अम्ल मे परिवर्तित कर देता हैं और इसी अम्ल के कारण दाँत खोखला हो जाता है।

कैसे करें कैविटी से बचाव? 

दिन में दो बार ब्रश जरूर कीजिये और टूथपेस्ट का चुनाव करते समय ये जरूर देखे कि उसमें फ्लोराइड हो।

खाने के बाद डेंटल फ्लॉस का इस्तेमाल करके दांतों के बीच फंसे खाने के कणों को साफ़ ज़रूर कीजिये।

चॉकलेट ,चिप्स और मीठे पेय पदार्थों का संतुलित सेवन कीजिये ताकि दांतों की सतह पर प्लाक जमा न हो।

चीनी रहित चूइंगम चबाने से भी दांतों को कैविटी से बचाया जा सकता है क्यूँकि ये मुँह में लार की मात्रा को बढ़ाती है।

पोषक तत्वों से भरपूर आहार लीजिये क्यूँकि ये दांतों की अच्छी सेहत के लिए भी जरुरी होता है।
