Education and skill

 Aapne kabhi socha hai ke hamara education system kitna bekar hai  hume class me hamesha ye sikhaya jata hai ke   ye question padh lena or ye kaam kar lena  or  acche bure ka matalab bhee bataya jata ha per kabhi aapne socha hai ke hume pase kase kmane hai  skill kase seekhne ha   or ye sub karne ke liye kya karna chaiye.

 Education 

 Hume subse phale apni education ko perfact karlena chaiye or  or education ke sath apni skill ka bhee dhiyan rakhna chahiye agir humne koi bhee skill seekh le  ha to aap apne future me bhoat acche se work kar sakte ho  kyuki aapne dekha hoga ke na jane kitne logon ke pas digree hai per aaj ke  time me jobs milna bhoat mushkil hai wo esliye ha ke log education to top kar lete hai per skil nahi seekh pate ha kyuki agir wo koi kaam janti hoge tabhi ti age chal kar koi kaam kar paoge per Bina skil ke koi kaam karna aaj ke time bhoat mushkil ha esliye education ke saath apni skills  seekhna jaruri hai.

Skills ke kuch important point.

1. Aap subse phale apne Aap me  dekhe ke aap  ke Ander kya quality ha or kis skill ko subse  bhater seekh sakte ha.

2. Jub Aap skill  seekha jai to us skill pe  acche se work kare.

3.skill seekhne ke bad AAP ko kissi ke jarurat nahi padegi aap khud me hee bhater ban sakte ho

Father to son

 I do not  understand this child 

Though we have lived together  now 

In the same house for years. I know 

Nothing of him, so try to build

Up a relationship from how 

He was when small. Yet have I Liked 

The seed I spent or show it where 

The land is his and none of mine?

We speak like strangers, there,s no sing 

Of understanding in the air. 

 This child is built to my design

Yet what he loves I cannot share.

Silence surrounds us. I would have 

Him father ,s house, the home he knew, 

Rather than see him make and move 

His world. I would forgive him too, 

Shaping from sorrow a new love. 

Father and son, we both must live 

On the same globe and the same land,

He speak. I cannot understand 

Myself, why anger  grows from grief. 

We each put out an empty hand, 

 Longing for something to forgive.

The Laburnum Top 

The Laburnum Top is silent quite still

In the afternIoon yellow september sunlight, 

A few leaves yellowing, all its seeds fallen.

Till the goldfinch comes, with a twitching chirrup 

A  suddenness, a startlement at a branch end.

Then sleek as a lizard, and alert, and abrupt,

she enters the thickness, and a machine starts up 

of chitterings, and a tremor of wings, and trillings--

the whole tree trembles and thrills. 

it is the engine of her family. 

she stokes it full, then flirts out to a branch -end   

showing her  barred face identity mask

Theen with eerie delicate whistle-chirrup whisperings 

She launch away, towards the infinite 

And the laburnum subsides to empty,

The Relationship 

The Relationhship between teacher and student is like the  connecition between the sun and moon. if sun reflects the light only than the moon shines bright.

The Relationship between teacher and student is like the conconnection between potter and clay . According to the potter,s great effort the clay shaped. 

The relationship between the teacher student is like the connection between mother and child, when mother teaches the child to recognize thinghs. the relationship between teacher and student is like connection between lock and key, where teacher is the key to open the lock of student,s life.
