How to upload documents and get the Verified Business badge

To reach Level 4 you must upload the documents required for your business category, such as GSTIN or Udyam. Our team reviews each one. Identity papers are always kept private.

Steps

1. Sign in and open Profile > Verification & Documents.
2. Look at the Checklist. It shows which documents your category needs.
3. For each document, choose the Document type and enter the Document number.
4. Attach the file as JPG, PNG or PDF, up to 5 MB. Add the Valid until date if the document expires.
5. Click Submit for verification.
6. Wait for our team to review. Your level moves to Verified Business when all required documents are approved.

Common mistakes

• Uploading a blurred photo or a cut-off page. Upload a clear, full copy.
• Typing a document number that does not match the file.
• Letting a document expire. An expired document stops counting until you replace it.
