What the Trust Meter levels mean

Every business has a trust level from 0 to 4. The level is worked out from your account, profile and documents. A higher level builds buyer trust.

Steps

Level 1, Contact Verified (50%): you have verified your account with the email code and have a mobile number on file.
Level 2, Profile Complete (70%): your business name, address, logo and banner are filled in.
Level 3, Documents Submitted (85%): you have uploaded every required document for your business category.
Level 4, Verified Business (100%): our team has checked and approved all your required documents.
Open Profile > Verification & Documents to see your level and what is missing.

Thinking the level is set by hand. It changes on its own when you complete each step.
Uploading documents that do not match your business name. Our team cannot approve them.
