Product or logo image is not uploading

Uploads fail when the file type or size is not allowed. Each form has its own limit.
Steps
- For products, use JPG, PNG, GIF or WEBP, up to 1 MB each, and no more than 5 images.
- For the logo and banner in Website Information, use JPG, PNG or GIF, up to 2 MB.
- For Sell / Rent / Donate listings, use JPG, PNG, GIF or WEBP, up to 2 MB each.
- Reduce the image size with your phone's edit or compress option if it is too large.
- Upload again and save the form.
Common mistakes
- Uploading SVG files. They are not accepted anywhere.
- Uploading a photo straight from a high-resolution camera without making it smaller.
