Doctor forgot the appointment panel password

The Forgot Password link on the panel does not work for doctor accounts yet. Our team can reset it for you.

Steps

1. Sign in to your Wefru account.
2. Open /support/new and choose the Account category.
3. In Subject, write "Reset doctor panel password".
4. Give your name, clinic name and the email or phone used on the panel.
5. Click Open ticket.

Common mistakes

• Making a new doctor account. Your schedule and patients stay on the old one.
• Sharing your password in the ticket. Our team never needs it.
