Yoga karne ka Sahi samay aur fayde.               

To yoga karne ka sabse Sahi samay subah suryodayse pahle ya suryast ke bad hai.

Yoga hamesha Khali pet hi karna chahie.    Khana khane ke kam se kam teen ya char ghante ke bad yoga Karen. Tatha yoga karne ke aadhe ghante bad hi khana khae. Hamesha hamen yahi Yad rakhna hoga Ki yoga karne ke liye hamen dhile comfortable hi kapde pahne chahie.

Yoga karne ke fayde. 

Yoga ke fayde ke bare mein baat karen to roj 30 minut yoga karne se vajan limit me  rahata hai. Aur hamara dimag aur man shant rahata hai. Aur yoga karne se hamen bahut sukun milta Hai. Aur Kai prakar ki bimariyon se Bachao hota Hai. Tatha body fit aur healthy rahti hai. Subah yoga karne se aap pura din Khush mijaj rahte hain. Aur tension bhi kam hoti hai.
