Go to your Page and click the blue call-to-action button below your Page's cover photo.
Click Book with you and then click Book Now.
Click Next.
Click Appointments on Facebook to manage your appointments through Facebook.
Click Start Setup and then click Next if you want to show your available appointments. If you don't want to show your available appointments, click Not Now.
If you chose to show your available appointments, set the days and times you want to regularly offer appointments on your calendar and then click Next. Adjust your preferences for things like appointment approval and advance notice and then click Next.
Click Next to review your services and then click Next.
Choose whether you'd like to send customers appointment reminders or follow-up messages and then click Done.
Change Your Appointment Settings
To change your settings for your available appointments, services list and appointment messaging:
At the top of your Page, click Appointments.
In the left column, click Appointment settings.
From here, you can choose whether your Page shows available appointments, the duration of your appointments and customer reminders, among other things.
Add New Appointments
If you've turned on Show Available Appointments in your Page's appointment settings, people can see your business's availability and book an appointment with you automatically from your Page.
If you've turned off Show Available Appointments, people will be able to message you with a request for an appointment. You can either confirm the appointment in Messenger, or you can manually add an appointment on the Appointments tab of your Page.
To manually add an appointment:
At the top of your Page, click Appointments.
In the top left, click +Add Appointment.
Fill out details about the appointment and then click Create Appointment.
See All of Your Scheduled Appointments
To see all of your scheduled appointments, click Appointments at the top of your Page. To message any of your customers who have booked an appointment, click Message next to their name.
