Your Trust Meter is the combination of the direct feedback (and ratings) you receive from your buyers and the points that you gain as your profile ages with us. Very few profiles have perfect 5.0 scores. So don't despair if your Trust Meter is still low, as it will surely go up if you have a complete, detailed profile with us with zero complaints from other users. You gain Trust Points when:
• When your peers rate your profile and give you positive reviews.
• When your profile is verified with us, after submission of your company documentation.
• When you have products with images and detailed descriptions including indicative pricing.
• When your profile age with wefru increases over time.
• When you maintain a Premium membership with us without breaks in membership status.

You lose Trust Points when:

• When your peers rate you low and you receive negative feedback.
