Types of meditation. 

dhiyan karna ka koi sahi ya galat tarika nahi ha apko sirf abhyas karna ha jo apka liya mahtvpurn ho or apko vaytitav ko nikhara . Meditation ka kai parkar ha unma sa kuch yah ha . 

1. Vipasana meditation. 

2. Aadhytmik dhiyan.

3. Kandrit dhiyan .

4. Gatiman meditation .

5. Mantr dhiyan .

6. Gudh Chintan .
