Meditation ya dhiyan karna ka kuch mahatvpurn tarika ya liyam kuch is parkar hai.

6. Apni rid ki hadi Sidhi rakha or bilkul sidha batha . Apna kandho or gardan ko adhik tan kar ya adhik dhila na rakha samanya isthiti ma rakha .
7. Kosis kara ki abhyas karta samay apka pat Khali ho, Ghar ya office ma meditation karna ka sabsa Acha samay bhojan karna ma phla ka hota ha . Bhoja karna ka baad meditation karna ma aalas aata ha .
