Dhiyan lagana ka tarrika 

nimn baato ka palan karka dhiyan abhyas karna ki kosis jrur kra.

3. SAS ko niyantrit karne ki koshish Na Karen swabhavik tarika sa SAS la. 

4. SAS par apna dhiyan kandrit kra or Ander lana or Bahar nikalna par sarir ki gatividhiyo par gar karna ka sath apni SAS par apna dhiyan kasdrit kara bina uski gati ya tivrta ko niyamit kra bina uski gati ya tivrta ko niyamit kra yadi apka maan bhatakta ha to dobara dhiyan kandrit karna ki kosis jrur kara. 

5. Is parkirya ko suru karna ka liya 2 sa 3 minutes lganga or fir isa lamba samay ka liya banana rakhna ka paryas kara.
