12. Buri aadaton ko chhodane mein madad karta hai.

13. Blood pressure kam karne mein sahayata karta hai .

14. Nind mein sudhar karta hai .

15. Dhyan aapko dayalu banata hai.

16. Baat baat par chinta karna kaam ho jata hai.

17. Akageta badhata hai.

18. Bhavnatmak svastya ko badhata hai .
