Description: • Bachelor’s degree in IT Computer Science or a related field • 1 3 years of experience in IT support or associated roles • Install configure and update software applications • Manage user accounts permissions and access control • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows Linux macOS) • Familiarity with networking (LAN WAN VPN firewalls) • Experience with IT security tools and best practices • Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities • Certifications such as CCNA ITIL or Microsoft certifications are a plus
