Description: 1 Initiate the AMCs before the Expire of critical Equipment like DG UPS TRF LT Panel Chiller Machine STP WTP RO fire Engine and firefighting equipment like fire extinguisher and fire alarm systems like PA system smoke detector Water dispenser etc 2 Manage facilities budgets procurement of supplies and scheduling of repairs 3 Coordinate emergency maintenance and facility upgrades 4 Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations 5 Have overseen all the maintenance work of building from scratch 6 Overseeing and agreeing on contracts and providers for services including security parking cleaning catering technology and so on
