How to mark a donation as handed over and earn Karma

When your donated item reaches a person or NGO, tell us. After our team confirms, you get +100 Karma points and a Social Hero ribbon on your business page.

Steps

1. Sign in and open Sell OR Rent > All Post.
2. Find the Donate listing and open "Handed over?".
3. Write who received it in "Given to (person / NGO name)".
4. Add a photo or receipt if you have one (JPG, PNG, WEBP or PDF, up to 3 MB).
5. Click Mark handed over. The status shows "Handed over - waiting for our team to confirm".
6. After confirmation it shows "Confirmed · +100 Karma".

Common mistakes

• Leaving the receiver's name empty. It is required.
• Marking it before the item has actually reached the person.
