How to answer a question and choose the best answer

Signed-in members can answer any question and vote on answers. Only the person who asked can mark the best answer.
Steps
- Open a question on the Q&A Board.
- Write your reply in "Write your answer". Use at least 20 characters.
- Tick Answer anonymously if you want to hide your name, then click Post answer.
- Use the up and down arrows to vote on answers.
- If you asked the question, open it and mark the most helpful reply as Best answer.
Common mistakes
- Writing very short answers. Answers under 20 characters are rejected.
- Trying to pick the best answer on someone else's question.
