Stress is a natural part of life we can experience stress from our environment body & thoughts.  Positive stress keeps us alert motivated & ready to avoid danger.  Stress becomes negative when a person faces continues challenges without relief or reflection as a result the person becomes over worked & stress related tension build.
Stress that continues without relief lead to condition called distress & disturb body s internal balance leading to physical symptom an upset stomach elevated blood pressure chest pain sexual dysfunction while emotionalprobleminclude depression anxiety & worry.  Current scenario indicates that LIFE STYLE is major indicator of STRESS. Stress becomes harmful when people engage in excessive use of food Alcohol tobacco drugs gambling & now major threat is SURFING.
