YOGA ke niyam 

Yoga ke niyam se samajhne se pahle yah samajhna mahatvpurn Hai ki vah 8 ang yog ke dusre Ang hai. Patanjali yog sutron me varnit way 8 yog, aatmgyan aur moksh ki prapti ke liye ek margdarshak Hai .

Yaha yog ke 5 niyam hai

1.sauch

Sharirik aur mansik shuddhta. 

Sharir ko saaf rakhne ke साथ-साथ vicharon ko bhi shuddh rakhna. 

Niyamit snan,Saaf kapde pahnana aur apne aaspcaas ki Safai ka Dhyan rakhna. 

Man ko nakaratmak vicharon Se dur rakhna. 

2.santosh

Santoshti aur kartyagya 

Apne aas pass maujud chijon mein santusht rahana.

Lalach aur irshya Se dur rahana.

Jivan mein aane wale chunautiyon ko swikar karna. 

3.tapas

Aatm anushasan aur kathorta. 

Apne Man aur sharir ko niyantran karne ke liye prayas karna. 

Niyamit yog abhyas, Dhyan aur pranamyam karna.

Aalsi aur sukhwad Se dur Hai kiska. 

4. Svadhyaya 

Aatm adhyayan. 

Apne bhitar ki awaaz Ko Sunna.

Guru ke margdarshan mein rahana. 

Shastron ka adhyayan karna aur aatmgyan prapt karna. 

5.isvar pranidhana 

Ishwar mein samarpan .

Apne karmon ko Ishwar ko samarpit karna. 

Ishwar mein Vishwas rakhna aur unke margdarshan ka palan karna. 

Yog ke niyam ka palan karne se vyakti ka sharirik mansik aur adhyatmik swasthya sudharta hai.Yah yah niyam hamen Apne bhitar Shanti aur santulan ko khojne mein madad karte Hain.
