Meditation ka aanubhav kasa hota ha

Kya Aap janta ha ki niyamit rup ka meditation aanubhav karta ha.

Charan 8 or 9

Yah dhiyan ka antim charan hai jinma apko samudra ma lahro ki trah apna dhiyan ka ek or kandrit karna sikhna hoga log aam tor par apna dhiyan abhyas ka Doran en bhavnao ko batata hai 

 1. Gahri Santi.

2. Sarir or maan ka purnjanm.

3. Santosh, Acha or sararik sukh mahsus karna.

4. Apna aap ko sampurn or akargr masus karna.
