Dhyan ek kalpvriksh ki tarah hai Dhyan ek aisi mahatvpurn Shiksha hai jiski avashyakta mein laukik jivan mein bhi padati hai aur atyadhunik lauki ki Kshetra mein bhi iska upyog Kiya jata hai aaj vigyan ne bhi Dhyan yani meditation ki kahin labhon Ko swikar Kiya hai. Aadhyatmik Kshetra mein Mana gaya hai ki atma ke Parmatma se milane ke liye Lakshya per Dhyan ko kandrit karna avashyak hai.
Kya hai Dhyan ka atyaatmik mahatva
Gyan ko jitna शत banaya jata hai vah utna hi vah kisi visheshta mein upyogi siddh ho sakta hai manushya ki ichcha purti ki sabhi dishaon mein Dhyan ki mahatvpurn bhumikayen Hoti hai upasna ke Kshetra mein bhi Dhyan Vishesh mathav rakhta hai bhakti vah Apne Lakshya ki prapti ke liye Dhyan Ko mahatvpurn sadhan Mana gaya hai bhakti vah Apne Lakshya ki prapti ke liye Dhyan Ko mahatvpurn sadhan Mana gaya hai.
Adhyatmik mein Dhyan ka uddeshy Apne Swaroop aur apne Lakshya ki vismriti ke Karan utpann Hui badhaon se chhutkara pana. Dhyan Tan man aur atma ke bich layatmak sambandh banata hai aur use Bal pradan Karta hai. Dhyan ka niyamit abhyas karne se atmik Shakti badhati aur madhe Shakti ki Anubhuti hoti hai.
