I'm the regular member of Meerut Bar Association Meerut. I have the complete knowledge of Different type of Matrimonial dispute matters .

In that side the maintenance is very much common but Hon'ble Supreme Court narrated in its so many verdicts " If the woman is living separately from her husband with no reason"Wife is not entitle for any maintenance from her husband as a right.
