2.Open chest CABG (Except Angioplasty)

3.Myocardial Infraction (First Heart Attack of specific Severity)

4.Kidney Failure with Regular dialysis

5.Major Organ/Bone Marrow Transplant (Example Heart,lung, liver,,Kidney, Pancreas)

6.Storke resulting in permanent symptom.

7.Permanent paralysis of Limb (Present for more than 30 Months)

8.Multiple sclerosis with permanent symptom

9.Aortic Surgery.

10.Primary (Idiopathic) Pulmonary Hypertension

11.Alzheimer's Disease/Dementia

12.Blindness (Both Eyes)

13.Third Degree burns

14.Open Heart Repalcement or repairs of Heart value

15.Benign Brain Tumor

Other Condition

-Waiting Period- 90 days from DOC or Revival date , waiting period not applicable for accidents.

-Survival Period- 30days from date of diagnosism ,if death occurs in the these 30 days CIR will not be paid.
